The enterprise web application provides customer insights, golf course ratings, tools to communicate with 18Birdies users, and the ability to understand how your course experience compares to nearby competitors.


Golf course operators have limited methods to understand and communicate with golfers due to lack of customer data and modern technology. By using 18Birdies resource the goal is to enable Golf course operators leverage 18Birdies user data and golf courses insight through a web-based app to better understand their customers and support strategic decisions.


Provide golf course operator user insights (i.e.: who played at their course, when, their demographics, skill level, etc.).

Help golf course operator manage course information like hours of operation, location, images of the course, etc.

Allow golfers and course operators to directly communicate with each other (i.e.: upcoming events, golf course feedback, etc.)
